Seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily branch operations

Monitor branch performance and achieve targets

Lead, train, and motivate employees

Ensure excellent customer service

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams

Manage inventory, assets, and branch resources

Monitor attendance and staff productivity

Ensure operational and safety compliance

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in branch operations, retail, QSR, or hospitality

Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and operations management

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
