Core Responsibilities (immediate joiners preferred )
- Material Tracking: Receive, inspect, and log incoming building supplies like cement, steel, bricks, and tiles.
- Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels daily to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Issuing Supplies: Distribute tools and materials to work crews while keeping exact usage records.
- Site Coordination: Work closely with project managers and site engineers to anticipate material needs.
- Record Keeping: Update digital inventory systems or ERP software (like SAP or Excel) with daily receipts and dispatches.
- Storage & Safety: Store sensitive items safely to prevent weather damage, theft, or waste, following safety rules.
