HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 5 years of proven recruiting experience to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with all employment regulations. This role requires robust communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Responsibilitie

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build job specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Requirements



- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing techniques using Boolean search, social media, and networking.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Knowledge of local employment regulations and compliance requirements.
