Constems-AI is hiring a Sales Executive for our Kanpur office. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates interested in B2B sales, business development, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Identify and develop current B2B business opportunities.
- Connect with clients and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain AI, ML, IoT, SaaS, and software solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer relationships and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- MBA Freshers can apply.
- Non-MBA candidates with relevant sales/BD experience can also apply.
- MBA/B.Tech/B.E. candidates preferred.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust interest in sales, technology, and business development.
- IT/B2B/Technical Sales experience will be an added advantage.
