Operations Supervisor

Build the operations behind a growing food service.

Cirota is looking for a responsible, sharp and proactive Operations Supervisor to take ownership of our day-to-day tiffin service operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organising people, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.

What you'll handle

• ? Provisions & inventory management

• ? Coordinate delivery partners & routes

• ? Customer enquiries & complaints

• ? Daily orders, cancellations & special requests

• ?‍? Coordination with the kitchen team

• ? Basic records, payments & daily reporting

• ⚡ Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations

Working Hours

7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Someone who is:

✔️ Responsible & highly organised





✔️ Positive with people and communication

✔️ Comfortable handling pressure

✔️ Proactive — someone who solves problems instead of waiting for instructions

✔️ Comfortable with WhatsApp & basic digital tools

✔️ Honest, punctual & willing to take ownership

Requirements:

- Spoken English

- Owns a Laptop

- Experience in food service, restaurant operations, logistics or delivery is a plus.
