Job OverviewAppexigo is looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives (Fresher) to support growth in our Background Verification (BGV) services. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, eager to learn B2B sales, and want to build a long-term career in HR services, compliance, and risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Compliance teams in corporates
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Understand client hiring and verification requirements
- Pitch BGV and employee verification services to prospective clients
- Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales or founders
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM / trackers
- Support proposal sharing, onboarding coordination, and documentation

Eligibility & Skills





- Graduates or Final-Year Students
- Freshers encouraged to apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Internship experience in Business Development, ITSales, Lead Generation, BGV Sales, or B2B Sales is Preffered
- Basic understanding of sales, HR services, or B2B (training will be provided)
- Confident, target-driven, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with calling and professional email communication

Salary Package

- Annual CTC: ₹1.80 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA (Fixed) +Variable
