Admission Counsellor / Education Sales

We are hiring Admission Counsellors for Trueknack at Thane West – Wagle Estate.

Responsibilities:

- Handle student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand students' requirements and provide proper counselling.
- Explain courses, fees, benefits and admission process.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/admission targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in Education Sales, Admission Counselling, B2C Sales, Telecalling or Inside Sales.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Graduate preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in-hand + incentives

Location: Thane West – Wagle Estate
