Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of residential interior projects. The candidate will coordinate workers, subcontractors, materials, and site activities to ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily interior work at project sites.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, ceiling workers, and other contractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved 2D/3D designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Check site measurements and ensure accurate execution.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate material delivery and ensure materials are available at the site on time.
- Track daily work progress and report updates to the Project Manager / Management.
- Ensure proper sequencing of activities to avoid project delays.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design and project teams for solutions.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors for productivity and proper workmanship.
- Ensure proper handling and protection of completed work.
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.




- Check measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Coordinate snag rectification and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct final site inspection before handover to the customer.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, material requirements, and progress updates.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding site-related matters.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of residential interior execution.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobes, false ceiling, TV units, and other interior works.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of carpentry and finishing works.
- Good coordination and manpower management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp for reporting and communication.
- QualificationsDiploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior site supervision preferred.
- Chennai site experience will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
