Acrylic Letter Technician

Job Overview

SKM Sign Makers is looking for an experienced Acrylic Letter Technician to join our signage fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, finishing, and assisting with the installation of acrylic letters, 3D logos, and signage.

Key Responsibilities

* Cut, bend, glue, and shape acrylic sheets to create 3D letters, logos, and custom signage.

* Install LED modules, strips, and wiring inside acrylic letters and glow signs.

* Operate fabrication equipment such as laser cutting machines, acrylic bending machines, routers, and hand tools.

* Assemble sign components and polish acrylic edges for a clean, premium finish.

* Select the appropriate acrylic thickness, color,



and material while minimizing wastage.

* Check finished products for quality, accuracy, structural strength, and proper LED functioning.

* Follow design layouts, measurements, and fabrication drawings accurately.

* Assist with on-site signage installation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Prior experience in acrylic fabrication, signage manufacturing, or 3D letter making is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of LED wiring and electrical connections.

* Comfortable using power tools and fabrication equipment.

* Good understanding of measurements and design layouts.

* Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Ability to work as part of a team and meet production deadlines.
