JOB SUMMARYXpedia Holidays is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated Management Trainee who is interested in building a long-term career in the travel and tourism industry.

The Management Trainee will undergo structured exposure to different functions of Xpedia Holidays including Tour Operations, Corporate Travel, MICE, Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management and Business Administration.

The objective of the role is to identify and develop young talent who can gradually take up managerial and leadership responsibilities within Xpedia Holidays.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Business & Management ExposureWork closely with the management team and understand the overall functioning of Xpedia Holidays.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring day-to-day business activities.
- Prepare management reports, presentations and business updates.
- Track enquiries, conversions, revenue opportunities and operational performance.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of management initiatives.
- 2. Travel & Tour OperationsGain practical exposure to domestic and international tour operations.
- Assist in preparing itineraries, quotations and travel proposals.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other travel suppliers.
- Support FIT, Group, Corporate and MICE movements.
- Learn the complete booking cycle from enquiry to successful completion of the tour.
- 3. Sales & Business DevelopmentSupport the sales team in generating and following up business opportunities.
- Assist in developing new B2B, corporate and institutional accounts.
- Maintain and update potential client databases.




- Participate in sales meetings and client presentations.
- Assist in market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- 4. Corporate Travel & MICESupport corporate travel requirements and group movements.
- Assist in planning meetings, incentive tours, conferences and corporate events.
- Coordinate quotations and proposals for corporate clients.
- Support the team during execution of MICE movements and events.
- 5. Marketing & Brand DevelopmentCoordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in developing travel products and promotional concepts.
- Support participation in travel exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events and tourism events.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Contribute ideas for strengthening the Xpedia Holidays brand.
- 6. MIS & Performance AnalysisMaintain enquiry and booking reports.
- Track enquiry status, quotation value, conversion and sales performance.
- Assist management in preparing weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyse basic business data and identify areas requiring follow-up or improvement.

7. Management ProjectsThe Management Trainee may be assigned special projects directly by the management relating to:

- New destination development
- Corporate client acquisition
- MICE business development
- New travel products
- Supplier development
- Process improvement
- Technology and automation
- Market expansion
- New business initiatives





ELIGIBILITYPreferred Qualification:

MBA / BBA / B.Com / Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience may apply.

Candidates with an MBA in Marketing, Tourism, International Business or Operations will have an added advantage.
