Job Title: Counsellor About the Role

VidhiK Shiksha is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Counsellor to guide students and learners regarding our legal education courses and programs.

- Candidate Profile: Law background (LLB/LLM) preferred
- OR minimum 2 years of experience as a Counsellor in a dedicated Coaching Institute / EdTech / Education Company
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of student counselling and course guidance
- Ability to understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Target-oriented and confident in handling leads and follow-ups

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling experience preferred.

- Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and prospective learners
- Explain courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities
- Handle incoming leads and regular follow-ups
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
- Maintain professional relationships with students
