Key Responsibilities:

1. Credit Analysis Support

- Conduct thorough verification and analysis of customer credit reports -CIBIL and escalate anomalies to the appropriate departments.

1. Customer Data Compliance

- Register and maintain customer details in accordance with CKYC requirements, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

1. Mandate Management

- Process and register Electronic Mandates (e-Mandates) and NACH mandates accurately to facilitate seamless EMI collections.

1. Regulatory Registrations

- Register and update customer and loan-related information on the CERSAI portal as per applicable guidelines.

1. Document Issuance & Customer Communication

- Prepare foreclosure letters, balance confirmations,



and issue statutory notices to customers in pre-NPA and NPA stages, in coordination with the recovery/legal departments.

1. Data Management and Digitalization

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Verify and digitize physical mortgage loan documentation, ensuring orderly and secure storage of digital records.

1. Audit & Record-keeping Compliance

- Ensure all operational documentation is audit-ready, properly filed, and maintained as per company policy and regulatory requirements.

1. Interdepartmental Coordination

- Liaise effectively with internal departments such as Credit, Legal, Risk, and Recovery to ensure smooth process execution and timely resolution of queries.

1. Operational Excellence

- Demonstrate initiative in improving data accuracy, reducing documentation gaps, and supporting technology-driven process enhancements.
