We're looking for the person who keeps everything moving.
The one who knows what's happening, what's stuck, and what's next — before anyone has to ask. You'll sit right next to the founder and be the go-to person in the office for everything operational.
This is not a one-department job. On any given day you might be chasing a vendor, unblocking a field executive, checking stock levels, and cleaning up the CRM. If you're the kind of person who can't stand a loose end, you'll feel right at home.
What you'll actually doKeep things on track
- Run a daily task tracker — know what everyone's working on, follow up, close loops
- Give the founder a simple weekly report: what's done, what's stuck, what needs a decision
- Set the rhythm — morning check-ins, weekly reviews
Coordinate the team
- Work with 5–8 people across field ops, CRM, manufacturing support, and interns
- Help new joiners settle in — tasks and tools clear from Day 1
- Be the person people come to when something's unclear or two priorities clash
Stay on top of vendors & partners
- Manage follow-ups with 8–10 vendors: raw material suppliers, manufacturing partner, labs, packaging, logistics
- Chase timelines, flag delays early, keep the vendor tracker current
- You're not negotiating crore-sized contracts — you're making sure things arrive on time and nobody drops the ball
Support field operations
- Coordinate doctor outreach schedules, camp logistics, and pathology lab onboarding
- Track field targets and keep the team accountable
- Make sure compliance basics are followed on the ground
Track supply & inventory
- Monitor manufacturing output and raw material stock
- Coordinate with the lab on quality checks
- Spot shortages and delays before they turn into emergencies
Keep the pipeline honest
- Review the patient/lead pipeline weekly — are leads moving, or sitting?
- Work with the CRM person to keep the system clean and the numbers visible
Reporting & documentation
- Keep shared drives and trackers organised
- Maintain SOPs and vendor contact lists
- Build simple dashboards or summaries when the founder needs them
- You'll fit well ifYou have 5–8 years of work experience, including 2–3 years running operations, office coordination, or general management in a small company, clinic, or startup
- You've juggled multiple areas at once — team, vendors, logistics, admin — not just one function
- You follow through. If you said you'd call the vendor at 11, you call at 11
- You're comfortable talking to anyone — team, vendors, lab partners, interns — in Hindi and English
- You can handle Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM dashboards without hand-holding
- You live in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, or East Delhi, and a daily commute to Sector 62 works for you
- Healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing experience is a bonus — not a requirement
- This might not be your role ifYou've only ever worked inside one department (purely sales, purely logistics, purely admin)
- You need every process documented before you can start — we're building them as we go
- You want remote or hybrid — this one is fully on-site
- You're after a large, slow-moving, highly structured setting
