We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities through online freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Find relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding portals.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Generate leads and convert potential clients into projects.
- Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and handle initial discussions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain robust client relationships.
- Coordinate with the UI/UX and development team to understand project requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and project acquisition targets.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in online bidding/business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design, website development, mobile apps, or IT services.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at follow-ups.
