**Position:** Telecaller

**Location:** Delhi

**Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

**Experience:** 0–2 Years | Freshers can apply

**Industry:** Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

### **Job Responsibilities**

- Make outbound calls to customers, retailers, distributors, and business leads.

- Handle **incoming calls and hiring-related queries** professionally.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

- **Solve customer queries** related to products, orders, availability, and services.

- Follow up with customers and leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain proper call records and update the CRM/database.

- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and unresolved issues.





- Build positive relationships with customers through polite and effective communication.

### **Requirements**

- Good communication skills in **Hindi & basic English**.

- Confident and polite telephone communication.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.

- Fresher with good communication skills can apply.
