Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Intern who will support our growth efforts by identifying potential clients on platforms like Upwork and initiating outreach through personalized emails.

This is a performance-driven role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Executive position based on results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify high-quality leads from online platforms
- Analyze job postings and shortlist relevant opportunities
- Draft and send personalized outreach emails/proposals
- Maintain a structured database of leads and outreach status
- Follow up with prospects to maximize response rates
- Collaborate with the core team to refine messaging and targeting
- Continuously improve outreach strategy based on response data





What We’re Looking For:

- Solid written English and communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Websites) is a plus
- Ability to research and understand client requirements quickly
- High attention to detail (no copy-paste spam outreach)
- Self-motivated and consistent with daily output

Performance Metrics (Very Important)

- Number of qualified leads identified daily
- Quality of personalized outreach
- Response rate from prospects
- Meetings/bookings generated

Working Structure:

- Internship (initial phase)
- Flexible working hours (output-driven role)
- Daily/weekly targets will be assigned
