- ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Central & State Government departments, PSUs, and public-sector organizations.
- Identify and secure recent business opportunities and project funding.
- Drive business development for healthcare and digital technology projects.
- Prepare project proposals, concept notes, presentations, business plans, and strategic documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective project execution.
- Develop marketing,



outreach, and stakeholder-engagement strategies for government initiatives.
- Represent the company in government meetings, client discussions, conferences, and industry forums.
- Manage business acquisition activities and build long-term institutional relationships.
- Support project development and end-to-end coordination of key assignments.
- Conduct market research and identify new government and institutional opportunities.
- Travel extensively across India for business development, stakeholder meetings, and project implementation.
- Independently manage complex assignments while maintaining quality and confidentiality.
- ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Experienced professional with 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, government relations, consulting, project management, healthcare projects, or public-sector engagement.
- Strong experience in dealing with government departments, PSUs, or institutional clients will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with senior government and institutional stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel extensively across India.
- Graduate or postgraduate candidate with a skilled and mature approach.
- ? SALARY & INCENTIVES:
- ? Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month
- ? Salary based on skill and experience
- ? Incentives: ₹50,000+ based on performance
