* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

* Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

* Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.

* Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
