- Check incoming flower/material deliveries from vendors for quality and quantity
- Keep daily records of stock and any wastage/damage
- Coordinate with store staff to keep orders moving on time
- Send a short daily update to management on orders, deliveries, and any issues
- Handle general day-to-day support across the store as needed
- Track and log customer orders
- Coordinate flower and gift deliveries with our delivery partners, and follow up on any delays
- Open and close the store, and support walk-in customers when needed

What We're Looking For

- Bike and Laptop are Mandatory
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic Excel/Google Sheets
- Positive communication in Hindi, and English with Telugu Preferred.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable being on your feet in a retail environment
- Willingness to work across our Narsingi, Kokapet and Gachibowli stores
- Prior experience in a store, restaurant, logistics, or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
