Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, licensed Pharmacist (B.Pharm) to join our clinic team in Bangalore. While your primary duty is managing the clinic’s pharmacy and dispensing specialized treatments, you will also serve as a vital multi-skilled team member assisting with overall clinic administration, patient coordination, and operational leadership support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Core Pharmacy Operations (Primary Focus)Dispense medications and specialized formulations as per physician prescriptions.
- Manage cold-chain storage and inventory levels for temperature-sensitive drugs and supplements.
- Provide clear dosage instructions, administration guidelines, and compliance counseling to patients and caregivers.
- Maintain precise pharmacy inventory logs, batch tracking, expiry monitoring, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with the Karnataka State Pharmacy Council standards.
2. Operational Support (In-Charge Assistance)Assist the Clinic In-Charge in maintaining smooth daily center operations and patient flow.
- Handle clinic inventory beyond pharmaceuticals (office supplies,
clinical consumables, and safety equipment).
- Coordinate opening/closing routines, maintaining strict standards of clinic cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
3. Patient & Front-Office CoordinationGreet arriving patients and assist with registration, appointment scheduling, and record updates.
- Support patient relationship management by addressing patient inquiries gently and empathetically.
- Assist with billing, payment collection, and daily transaction tracking in the clinic management software.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized university.
- Licensure: Active registration with the Karnataka State Pharmacy Council (KSPC) is mandatory.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in clinic pharmacy, retail pharmacy, or hospital dispensary settings. Prior exposure to specialty care is a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada and English (fluency in Hindi is beneficial for patient communication).
- Key Traits: High empathy, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to step into operational roles when needed.
