We are looking for confident, motivated and result-oriented International Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong sales ability and the confidence to communicate effectively with international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with prospective customers over the phone in a professional and confident manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate, qualify and convert sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer objections effectively and negotiate to close sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and sales activity.
- Work closely with the team to improve overall sales performance.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
- Confidence in speaking with international customers.
- Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales,



inside sales or international sales is preferred.
- Target-driven, self-motivated and performance-oriented attitude.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM or lead management systems.
- Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with previous experience in the Australian Solar Industry will be highly preferred.

Experience in any of the following will be considered an advantage:

- Australian Solar PV Sales
- Solar Battery Sales
- Solar Lead Generation
- Appointment Setting
- Renewable Energy Sales
- Australian Customer Sales or Customer Service

Knowledge of Australian solar systems, battery storage, electricity bills, solar rebates and the Australian residential solar market will be an additional advantage.
