MST – Multi-Skilled TechnicianJob Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day maintenance and technical activities at the facility. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend daily maintenance complaints and breakdowns.
- Carry out basic electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Handle plumbing, sanitary, and general maintenance work.
- Support HVAC and other MEP maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspection of equipment and facility systems.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and report major technical issues.




- RequirementsITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical trade.
- 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
- Candidates with facility management experience will be preferred.
