Job Description: Payandserve is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and business expansion in the Patna Circle.

The candidate will be responsible for partner acquisition, business development, team coordination, client meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding of recent business partners for our digital lending and financial services segment.

- Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales and partner acquisition in the assigned territory.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, references, and field activities.
- Conduct virtual/physical meetings and business presentations with prospective partners.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → meeting → follow-up → onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and onboarding targets.




- Coordinate with telecalling and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the partner network.
- Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking.
- Requirements: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales / Fintech / BFSI preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to handle field visits and client meetings.
- Good knowledge of the local Patna market will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in digital lending, fintech, financial services, DSA, NBFC, or banking sales will be preferred.
