Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products/services, offers, and benefits to customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and closures.

Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Eligibility:

Required HSC

Positive communication and sales skills.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Shift Timings:

Female: Between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour rotational shift)

Male: Between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (9-hour rotational shift)

Rotational weekly off.

Gender: Male & Female both can apply.
