Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

TA/DA: Provided as per company policy

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle and coordinate with distributors in the assigned territory.
- Visit assigned market beats, retailers and outlets on a regular basis.
- Conduct daily market visits and ensure proper product availability and visibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and customers.
- Conduct market surveys to understand demand, competition, pricing and market trends.
- Identify and develop new outlets and business opportunities.
- Generate orders and follow up with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor sales and distribution activities in the assigned area.




- Share regular market feedback and sales reports with the management.
- Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Dairy or Food Products.
- Candidates with experience in distributor handling, market visits and retail sales will be preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Should be comfortable with field work and regular market visits.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
