Job Role

We are hiring **Customer Care Executives** for the **Airtel Black Process**. Candidates will handle inbound customer queries and deliver exceptional support while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls for Airtel Black services.

* Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.

* Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.

* Ensure adherence to quality and process guidelines.

* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

* Deliver excellent customer service with professional communication.

Eligibility

* Graduation is mandatory.

* Freshers and experienced candidates (0–4 years) can apply.

* Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi or English + Tamil





* Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.

* Willing to work in rotational shifts.
