Job Opening: ServiceNow HRSD Architect (Integrations Focus)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect who can design smart HR solutions and lead complex system integrations. If you enjoy solving problems, building automated workflows, and connecting different HR systems together — this role is for you.

What You Will Do

- Lead the HR Service Delivery (HRSD)



setup on ServiceNow — including Case Management, Employee Center, ESS/MSS, and Life Cycle Events.
- Design end‑to‑end HR processes: workflows, SLAs, data models, and HR taxonomy.
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and:
- SAP HR / HCM
- Payroll systems
- Identity management platforms (IDAM)
- Mobile apps
- Create automations using Integration Hub, APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Ensure HR data security and compliance across the platform.
- Use ServiceNow’s AI capabilities (Now Assist, Co‑pilots) to enhance HR user experience.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of total ServiceNow experience.
- Minimum 3 years specifically working with HRSD.
- Solid hands‑on experience with integrations:
- REST, SOAP
- OIDC, SCIM
- Good understanding of HR processes, compliance needs, and employee lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who has built or designed HRSD setups before, understands how HR systems talk to each other, and can create smooth, secure, automated employee experiences.
