Role: Academic Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential and existing customers through outbound calls.

• Understand learners’ requirements and recommend relevant courses.

• Pitch courses effectively and drive sales conversions.





• Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.

• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience .

• Medical/EdTech sales experience will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
