Senior Delivery Lead – SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead with strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) delivery and program management . The candidate will be responsible for leading SAC implementations, enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

The role will act as a key liaison between business, functional, technical, and technology teams to drive successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution Leadership

- Own end-to-end delivery of SAC enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track milestones, timelines, deliverables, and project priorities.
- Ensure alignment with monthly deployment cycles and release governance.
- Drive delivery activities to meet business expectations and timelines.

Program Governance & Reporting

- Lead weekly project/status reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues & Dependencies) .
- Identify and escalate delivery risks and blockers proactively.
- Drive structured updates for leadership and Steering Committee (SteerCo) forums.
- Act as an escalation point for resolving critical delivery issues.

Functional & Technical Integration

- Work closely with FP&A;, Planning, Workforce Planning, and other functional teams .
- Coordinate with SAC technical teams, L2/L3 support teams, product owners, and developers.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical delivery plans.
- Ensure effective coordination between business and technology teams.

Continuous Improvement & Change Management

- Manage the pipeline of:

* SAC enhancements

* Defects

* Change requests

* Continuous improvement initiatives

- Prioritize requests based on business value, feasibility,



and delivery timelines.
- Promote fit-to-standard approaches and SAP best practices.
- Drive process improvements and better adoption of SAC solutions.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Engage with senior business stakeholders across FP&A;, R&D;, Commercial, and Technology functions.
- Coordinate with external technology partners and vendors.
- Build strong relationships across business and technical teams.
- Handle negotiations, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively.
- Support tight timelines, weekend deployments, and critical releases when required.

Required Skills

SAP / Analytics

- Robust experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementation and delivery .
- Good understanding of SAC reporting/planning capabilities.
- Awareness of the broader SAP ecosystem, including:

* SAP S/4HANA

* SAP Datasphere

* SAP BW/BW4HANA

Delivery & Program Management

- End-to-end project/program delivery experience.
- Experience managing SAC enhancements, releases, and deployment cycles.
- Strong Agile and Waterfall/Hybrid delivery experience.
- Release management and deployment governance.
- Strong RAID management experience.
- Risk, issue, dependency, and change management.

Stakeholder Management

- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate with VP/Director-level stakeholders .
- Cross-functional coordination across Business, Technology, Functional and Change teams.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.

Preferred Profile

- 4–6 years of overall experience.
- Strong SAC delivery experience with proven ownership of releases and enhancements.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale SAP environments.
