Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Puducherry with rotational shifts and no work-from-home option. The position is focused on pharma marketing research and data analysis, supporting US-based pharmaceutical clients with accurate, timely insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and organizing data, validating and cleaning datasets, running basic analyses, and preparing reports or dashboards as directed. The role also involves collaborating with senior analysts, understanding client requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring the quality and integrity of all data outputs. Fresh graduates in computer science-related disciplines will receive guidance and training to perform these tasks effectively.




Qualifications

- Educational background: B.Sc Computer Science, B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, or related computer science degree; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Location and availability: Preferably based in or willing to relocate to Puducherry; ability to work full-time on-site in rotational shifts.
- Technical and analytical skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts, databases or spreadsheets, and comfort working with large datasets.
- Domain interest: Strong interest in pharma marketing research, data-driven decision-making, and learning industry-specific tools and methodologies.
- Software and tools: Familiarity with MS Excel or similar spreadsheet tools; exposure to any programming language, data visualization, or analytics tools is an advantage.
- Professional skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, ability to follow structured processes, and willingness to learn from feedback.
- Communication and teamwork: Clear written and verbal communication in English, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
- Compensation: Competitive package in the range of INR 14,000 to 18,000 per month, based on qualifications and skills.
