About the Role:

You have spent 3–6 years designing products that real users love, consumer apps,

SaaS platforms, or both, and you know what it takes to get from a fuzzy problem to a

polished, shipped experience.

You will own design end-to-end across our mobile and web products, establish and

evolve our design system, and set the bar for quality across the team. As we grow,

you will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and help build the design

function from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design for mobile (iOS & Android) and web, from

discovery and wireframes to final UI and handoff.

• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant

experiences.

• Run user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform

design decisions.

• Balance user needs with business constraints and technical feasibility.

• Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system and component

library across web and mobile.

• Define design principles, patterns, and guidelines for consistent product

experiences.

• Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align on goals and

priorities.

• Present design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical

audiences.

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers and help define design processes

as the team scales.

Requirements:





• Proven experience designing B2C apps and SaaS products, from

consumer-grade usability to complex dashboards and multi-user

workflows.

• Deep proficiency in Figma, components, auto-layout, prototyping, and

design tokens.

• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns for iOS and Android.

• Solid grasp of responsive web design and accessibility standards.

• Experience building a design system from scratch.

• Strong visual design skills, typography, color, spacing, and motion.

• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing and translate

findings into design decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.

• Designed and shipped AI-powered products where AI is core to the user

experience, not just a feature.

• Actively uses AI tools in the design workflow, v0, Framer AI, Cursor,

Galileo, or similar.

• Has built working product prototypes using AI-assisted tools, beyond

Figma mockups.

• Portfolio demonstrates measurable UX impact, retention, activation,

engagement, or conversion outcomes.

• Can clearly articulate design decisions and the results they drove.
