TCS is Hiring for Skill:-Workspace One SME Exp:-10 to 16 Location:- Kolkata JD Must have Skill:- Workspace ONE UEM & Workspace ONE Access Administration Device Lifecycle Management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) Identity, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access (Azure AD / Entra) L2.5 Troubleshooting & RCA (Enrollment, Apps, Profiles) Automation & Scripting (PowerShell / REST APIs) Incident, Problem, Change Management (ITIL – L3) Job Requirements* Hands‑on experience with Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access Robust understanding of MDM / EMM / Endpoint Management concepts Experience managing Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID integration, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access Experience troubleshooting device enrollment, profiles, apps, certificates, compliance Working knowledge of PowerShell and REST APIs for automation Basic understanding of networking, VPN, certificates, and security Familiarity with ITIL processes in enterprise support environments Strong documentation, communication,



and stakeholder coordination skills Key Responsibilities* Provide L2.5‑level support for Workspace ONE UEM and Access platforms Handle advanced escalations related to enrollment, authentication, compliance, and app deployment Manage device lifecycle including onboarding, policy enforcement, and decommissioning Configure and maintain profiles, compliance policies, restrictions, and applications Support SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access integrations with Azure AD / Entra Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell and Workspace ONE APIs Assist L3 teams during upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards Create and maintain SOPs, KBs, and runbooks Mentor L1/L2 teams and support knowledge transfer
