reports and compliance evidence Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in Patch Management, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure Operations, or Cybersecurity Operations • Good understanding of Windows/Linux/macOS patching • Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management and Incident Management • Solid troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills • Willingness to work USA hours from Hyderabad Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
