Key Responsibilities Lead production planning and end-to-end plant operations. Drive productivity, profitability, quality and on-time delivery . Manage manpower, inventory, procurement and production costs. Drive loss control and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to client-specific quality standards. Handle technical challenges, labour/IR and large production teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.



Ideal Candidate 18 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing / luxury fabrication . Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, diamonds and jewellery products . Technical background with robust plant operations experience. Proven expertise in manpower management, labour/IR and team leadership . Strong commercial and operational understanding.
