Academic Excellence : Build/upgrade content structures, clinical relevance, exam alignment, and quality benchmarks; use feedback data to iterate fast. Faculty & Teaching Systems : Support faculty identification, onboarding, content planning, session design, and performance systems (quality, consistency, engagement). Student Acquisition & Engagement : Co-create organic growth initiatives (YouTube/Instagram), academic non-academic formats, clinical reels, live sessions, funnel improvements. Cross-functional Execution : Run projects with clarity- SOPs, dashboards, weekly reviews—own outcomes, not just tasks.
