We are hiring Discipline Lead (Electrical VDC) Location: Kochi, Mysore , Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM 8 Years Experience Full time We are looking for an experienced Discipline Lead (Electrical VDC) to lead large-scale Electrical design and BIM projects, with a strong focus on Building projects, US codes , Data Center projects, quality delivery, client coordination, and team leadership. The role requires expertise in Revit, Navisworks, BIM coordination, project planning, and stakeholder management. The Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Ensure Customer Satisfaction by continually delivering Projects, on time and at the highest quality 2.Resolve Customer concerns on assigned work and ensure that the responsiveness is never compromised 3.Staff the Team with competent resources, Promote performance-driven culture among Team by setting Goals, assessing performance, and providing constructive feedback 4.Ensure Compliance of all Processes and become an enabler of their continual improvement 5.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in consultation with clients and stakeholders,



and monitor progress against established targets. 6.Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations, and ensure alignment of project goals. 7.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, while ensuring optimal utilization of resources and skills. 8.Provide technical guidance to the teams on BIM modelling standards, electrical design principles, and software best practices. 9.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. 10.Prepare and present regular project status updates, performance reports, and financial analyses to stakeholders. 11.Escalate issues (if any) to the Reporting Manager for the corrective and containment actions to be initiated on time 12.Must have Knowledge of all MEP streams & lead MEP co-ordination Interested candidates can share their updated profile / connect for further details.
