Technical Expertise: Robust proficiency in DFT architecture, Scan Insertion, Scan Compression (EDT), ATPG (Stuck-at, At-speed), MBIST, and JTAG. Tool Exposure: Hands-on experience with tools such as Mentor Tessent (TestKompress/FastScan) or Synopsys (TetraMax).
