Hiring: IBM BAW Developer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 Years We are looking for experienced IBM BAW Developers with robust expertise in IBM BAW 24.0 and IBM Integration Designer (IID) . Mandatory Skills: ✅ IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) ✅ IBM IID (Integration Designer) ✅ BAW 24.0 Experience ✅ Upgrade/Migration from previous BAW versions to BAW 24.0 ✅ BAW Log Analysis & Troubleshooting ✅ Java & SQL Experience ✅ Agile Methodology Responsibilities: ✔ Work closely with business stakeholders and deliver solutions on time ✔ Analyze application/process impacts and recommend solutions ✔ Monitor and support process performance in test and production environments ✔ Work independently on development and support activities ✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams
