Ensure the right configuration and objects are in place, like on-premises database servers to AWS EC2 instances. Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases. SQL Server Installation, Mirroring, Database migration, High Availability, Disaster Recovery and Always on feature. Prepare documentation and maintain the right set of customer processes to meet migration needs. Handling and migrating encrypted and different types of data (e.g.: PII, PCI etc.) Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup & restore, recovery, migration, etc. Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary, Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications Key Skills: Solid proficiency in MS SQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL database management. Decent experience with recent versions of MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle,
