Hands on experience in in place as well shift and lift of FileNet applications (all components). Working knowledge on IBM WebSphere (all versions) installation, configuration, upgrade, creation of profiles, deployment of ear files, performance tuning. Working knowledge on FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM). Working experience on performance tuning of FileNet applications in terms of infrastructure stability
