- Experience in medical devices / healthcare / pharma sales preferred.
- Strong distributor, dealer and hospital/medical-channel network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and team-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new territories.
- For managerial positions, experience in team handling and territory development is preferred.
