- Own zonal admission and outreach targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Manage State Managers, Managers, Team Leaders and field teams.
- Develop state-wise market strategy planning and student recruitment plans.
- Monitor admission pipeline, lead movement, counselling, conversion and enrolment.
- Drive school/college outreach, seminars, fairs, counselling sessions and BTL activities.
- Identify current markets, institutions and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends across the zone.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Coordinate with central Marketing, Digital and Branding teams.
- Prepare and present zonal MIS, forecasts and performance reports.
- Travel extensively across assigned states to monitor field operations.
