Role & responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and analyze existing business processes.

- Implement and configure relevant Zoho applications as per business needs.

- Customize modules, fields, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and user roles.

- Work on applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, or other Zoho products.

- Configure workflows, approval processes, business rules, and automation.

- Perform data migration, data cleaning, validation, and system setup.

- Create customized reports and dashboards for business insights.

- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and platforms where required.

- Work with APIs, webhooks, and integrations for seamless data flow.

- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot implementation-related issues.

- Provide training and support to end users and client teams.

- Prepare implementation documents, process flows, and user guides.

- Coordinate with internal teams, developers,



and stakeholders during project implementation.

- Manage multiple implementation projects and ensure timely delivery.

- Identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing Zoho workflows and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid hands-on experience in Zoho implementation and configuration.

- Good knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.

- Experience in workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and custom modules.

- Knowledge of Deluge scripting will be preferred.

- Experience with Zoho Creator and custom application development is an advantage.

- Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

- Experience in data migration and data management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Good communication and client-handling skills.
