Role Description This is a full time, on-site Zoho Books Implementation role based in Chennai. The role involves configuring and implementing Zoho Books for clients, including setting up chart of accounts, tax rules, workflows, and integrations with other business applications. The person in this position will gather client requirements, map existing processes, and design efficient accounting workflows that align with business needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include data migration, testing system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to end users.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth deployment, consistent system usage, and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to understand business processes, interpret financial data, and design effective Zoho Books workflows.
- Proven experience in Software Implementation, preferably with Zoho Books or similar cloud-based accounting systems with minimum experience of 1 year
- Good Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to manage expectations and provide timely support.
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and familiarity with GST and Indian compliance requirements is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and meet implementation timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with data migration, system testing, and documentation of implementation processes is an advantage.
