Role Description The Workforce Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for aligning hospitality talent with suitable gig opportunities across Giggle’s client network. On a day-to-day basis, this role manages scheduling and staffing needs, coordinates assignments, and helps ensure adequate coverage for client venues.

The Workforce

Specialist communicates with workers and clients to confirm shifts, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support timely updates on availability and requirements. This role analyzes workforce data to identify trends, improve assignment efficiency,



and support workforce planning initiatives.

Specialist also collaborates with internal teams to enhance processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive, reliable experience for both talent and clients.

Qualifications

- Experience in workforce management, scheduling, or staffing coordination within hospitality or a related industry.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills to support both talent and client partners.
- Proficiency with digital tools, scheduling platforms, and basic data analysis for workforce planning.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to fairness and consistency in assignments.
- Understanding of hospitality operations and adaptable work models; prior gig or staffing-platform experience is an advantage.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field is beneficial.
