Job Summary

We are seeking a Workday Integrations Solution Architect to oversee, scale, and optimize our internal Workday ecosystem. In this role, they will act as the bridge between technology and business, collaborating with internal HR and IT leaders and internal developers to deliver integrations to support TP's AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Review current internal configurations to eliminate inefficiencies and automate business processes for TP's talent acquisition tools.
- Integration Oversight: Collaborate with enterprise IT to monitor and maintain integrations between Workday and downstream internal systems.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management:



Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal business units and communicate requirements to internal integration developers.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience within an enterprise corporate setting.
- Technical Depth: Deep expertise in core Workday architecture, integrations, custom business processes, security groups, and advanced reporting. Successfully completed Workday training courses on creating and securing integrations, Workday Studio, and Workday Orchestrate.
- Implementation History: Proven track record of leading at least three major internal Workday module rollouts from design to post-production.
