Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Workday Developer (Integrations)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Workday Developer to join a large-scale enterprise Workday Financials implementation. This is a highly technical, integration-focused role not a functional configuration position. You'll be building integrations and orchestrations that connect Workday to numerous downstream business systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and orchestrations, primarily supporting Workday Financials
- Develop complex custom integrations using Workday Studio
- Build custom applications/workflows using Workday Extend
- Create and manage EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data loads
- Work with Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) to enable data exchange between Workday and external systems
- Troubleshoot integration failures, manage error handling,



and ensure reliable data flow across systems

Must-Have Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Workday Studio
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend
- EIB development (inbound/outbound)
- Workday APIs / Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Solid understanding of integration design, data mapping, and troubleshooting
- Workday Financials exposure preferred (Suppliers, Invoices, Journals, Cost Centers, etc.)

Good to Have

- Prior ERP integration experience (SAP / Oracle Financials / Oracle SCM) transitioning into Workday
- Candidates with strong Oracle SCM integration background are also welcome to apply
- XSLT/XML/XPath experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale program environment.
