Workday Operations Analyst (Advanced Compensation & Operational Milestones)

Position Summary

EverCommerce is seeking an experienced Workday Operations Analyst specializing in Advanced Compensation to lead and support core operational milestones through year-end and into Q1. This role requires a dedicated functional lead to own our Annual Compensation Review (near 100% focus through December) while driving key deliverables across Performance Review readiness, Open Enrollment (configuration & integrations), Year-End Payroll, and People Ops/Recruiting support.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Milestones

- - Annual Compensation Review (Primary Focus through December): Serve as the functional owner for the end-to-end Workday Annual Comp Review. Configure merit, bonus, and equity plans, validate eligibility rules, run agile audit reports, and handle real-time cycle support for managers and HRBPs.
- Annual Performance Review Readiness: Prep the upcoming performance cycle in Workday. Standardize, fix, and optimize existing reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to ensure consistent data usage for Managers, HRBPs, and Administrators.
- Open Enrollment Support:



Partner with Total Rewards to configure Open Enrollment components within Workday and manage/test at least one critical benefit integration downstream.
- Year-End Payroll Support: Provide functional assistance for year-end payroll processes, ensuring alignment between compensation changes, bonus outputs, and payroll processing.
- People Ops & Recruiting Support (Ad-Hoc / TBD): Provide functional system administration and reporting support for broader People Operations and Recruiting workstreams based on operational demand.

Candidate Qualifications

- - Workday Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on Workday functional configuration experience with demonstrated expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Core Capabilities: Strong proficiency in configuring compensation cycles, business processes, security, custom reporting (calculated fields, matrix reports), and benefit integrations.
- Milestone Experience: Proven track record running full-cycle annual compensation reviews and annual performance prep in complex corporate environments.
- Execution & Drive: Ability to work independently under tight operational deadlines (especially through year-end/holiday periods) and translate stakeholder requirements into clean system execution.
