Key Challenges

- High-volume inbound and outbound stock handling across multiple categories.
- Supporting sales KPIs through timely and accurate replenishment.
- Balancing e-commerce channel requirements with in-store demands.
- Maintaining audit compliance and Platinum Warehouse Standards while controlling shrinkage and damages.
- Driving team discipline, training, and attrition management in a physically demanding workplace.

Sales target achievement

- Ensure timely replenishment of stock to the shop floor to support sales targets.
- Coordinate with Department Managers to prioritize stock movement for high-demand categories.
- Support OMNI fulfillment by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of picking, packing, and dispatch.

Driving Sales KPIs
- Track correlation of warehouse efficiency with sales performance KPIs and report insights to the Store Manager.
- Collaborate with Store HRBP to align manpower availability during peak demand seasons.

Store house Maintece
- Drive Platinum Warehouse Standard compliance through structured audits and action plans.
- Maintain high standards of stockroom hygiene, accessibility, and safety to ensure smooth customer-facing operations.
- Support customer orders, exchanges, and replenishments through accurate inventory control.
- Minimize stock-outs to improve customer satisfaction and avoid lost sales opportunities.

Inventory management
- Oversee all inward and outward stock processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs.




- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Monitor and reduce shrinkage, damages, and pilferage through preventive controls.
- Track and resolve GRIR/MIRO pendency issues in coordination with fice and SCM.
- Maintain and review inventory data for accuracy, sufficiency, and compliance.

Process excellence
- Analyze exception reports and implement corrective measures for process gaps.
- Ensure timely documentation of stock inward/outward, adjustments, and returns.
- Regularly review and improve operational efficiency through lean practices and automation.

People Management
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse assistants to improve efficiency and reduce attrition.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review targets, challenges, and safety protocols.
- Monitor team discipline, punctuality, and adherence to operational standards.
- Identify training needs and conduct skill development sessions for warehouse staff.
