We are looking for an experienced and motivated Wholesale Coordinator to manage wholesale sales activities, coordinate with customers and dealers, and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Job Title: Wholesale Coordinator

Experience: 2+ years in Sales / Wholesale Sales

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Kannammoola, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with wholesale customers, dealers, and sales teams.
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.
- Generate new wholesale sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.




- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare basic sales reports.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in wholesale or distribution.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales documentation.
- Target-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
